Job Description:

This Program Associate Job focuses on supporting PATH’s Digital Health, AI, and MedTech portfolio by contributing to research, technology assessments, stakeholder coordination, evidence generation, and public health innovation projects. The selected candidate will work closely with innovators, government agencies, donors, and healthcare partners to evaluate emerging medical technologies, prepare scientific reports, and support technology implementation for improved public health outcomes across India and neighboring regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support MedTech innovation projects through technology scouting and field assessments.
  • Conduct literature reviews and prepare concept notes, reports, and knowledge products.
  • Develop presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate with innovators, donors, government agencies, and healthcare partners.
  • Support state-level, national, and regional technology demonstration projects.
  • Assist in evidence generation for adoption of innovative healthcare technologies.
  • Contribute to dissemination of project findings across multiple platforms.
  • Support additional programmatic activities within the Digital Health and AI vertical.
  • Travel nationally and internationally when required.

Education Required For This Program Associate Job:

  • Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Health Administration, or a related discipline.

Required Skills For This Program Associate Job:

  • Strong research and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital health, MedTech, or public health programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Stakeholder coordination and relationship management.
  • Report writing and presentation development.
