Program Co-Ordinator

National Accounts Programme Coordinator

We are looking for a National Accounts Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of national customer programmes across the UK. Working closely with Account Managers, Programme Managers, and operational teams, you will help ensure excellent customer service, successful programme delivery, and achievement of customer KPIs and SLAs.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and deploy national customer programmes and projects
  • Work closely with Account Managers and operational teams to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records across business systems and customer platforms
  • Produce reports and communicate programme progress to stakeholders
  • Coordinate resources and scheduling to support service delivery and installations
  • Escalate and resolve service or installation issues as required
  • Support customer-specific Health & Safety compliance activities
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for service improvement

What we're looking for:

Must-Have:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service focus with a track record of delivering results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong planning and numerical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Network/IP, or Fire Safety solutions
  • Experience using programme planning tools and customer portals
  • Experience with CBS, SMS, JDE, MAS, or SAI systems
  • A-Level education (or equivalent)
