About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Director to lead large-scale Pharmaceutical and Clinical Digital Transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in delivering enterprise AI initiatives, managing global program portfolios, and driving transformation across Clinical Research, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance within regulated GxP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale Pharma & Clinical transformation programs.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and executive governance.
- Drive AI, GenAI, ML, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Lead global delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
