About This Role
As our Program Delivery Manager for Retail Media, you will own the end-to-end rollout and go-live of our sponsored listings platform across all markets. Sitting at the operational heart of our retail media expansion, you will align cross-functional teams and drive flawless delivery. This role is all about living our values: to lead sequenced launches, deliver excellence in execution, and care for our collaborative partner network.
Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home)
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery and rollout phases for Retail Media products globally.
- Drive cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Analytics to ensure clear accountability.
- Maintain live dependency maps and risk registers, establishing clear escalation paths for program blockers.
- Treat each launch as a structured learning cycle, instrument rollouts to capture what works, run retrospectives with discipline, and feed findings back into improved delivery processes.
- Lead market readiness assessments and conduct final go/no-go evaluations before each market launch.
- Build high-visibility delivery plans, including roadmaps, Gantt charts, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Optimise rollout efficiency by standardising templates, building runbooks, and capturing post-launch retrospective learnings.

What will you bring to the team?
- Proven experience managing large-scale program or product delivery within tech or marketplace environments.
- Expert-level project management skills with direct experience building Gantt charts and tracking complex dependencies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with comfort navigating matrix organisations to drive alignment.
- An experimentation mindset applied to delivery itself: you treat rollout processes as hypotheses, measure what's working, and iterate your playbooks based on evidence rather than habit.
- Strong analytical mindset to break down complex initiatives, establish critical paths, and anticipate risks.
- Excellent communication skills to distil complex roadmaps into clear updates for diverse audiences.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong drive for execution in fast-paced, iterative environments.
