🚀 Hiring: Senior Program Director – Network AI & Automation 📍 Location: Paddington, UK (Hybrid) 💼 Employment Type: Fixed-Term
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director to lead strategic Network AI & Automation transformation programmes. This role is ideal for a leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale telecom transformation initiatives, driving executive governance, and ensuring successful programme delivery across complex, multi-vendor environments.
Role Overview
As the Senior Program Director, you will lead end-to-end programme governance, coordinate business and technology stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, oversee financial governance, and provide executive-level reporting to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven network transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage programme governance frameworks
- Lead programme planning, execution, milestone tracking, and delivery assurance
- Drive alignment across business, architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor teams
- Manage programme risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Prepare executive dashboards, leadership presentations, and steering committee updates
- Support business case tracking, financial governance, budgeting, and value realization
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure successful multi-workstream delivery
- Facilitate governance forums and executive decision-making

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Transformation Leadership
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale technology transformation programmes
- Strong Telecom domain expertise with OSS/BSS, Network Operations, AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation
- Experience leading Data & AI programmes within Telecom Networks is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management with executive leadership exposure
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments
