Contract | £575/day (Outside IR35) | 3-Month Rolling Contract Location: Hybrid – 2 Days per Week in Newbury
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Lead to join a high-performing Network Deployment (ND) team, delivering complex programmes across the mobile telecommunications space. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale business proposition initiatives supporting both consumer and business connectivity solutions, helping shape how demand is managed and delivered across critical network programmes.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse pipeline of programme requests across areas including connectivity, bandwidth, and network capability enhancements. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you’ll ensure demand is assessed, prioritised, and delivered in line with business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
