# **Program Management / Implementation Planning Evaluator**

## **About the Role**
This **contract** position involves evaluating **AI-generated outputs** (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) against **domain-specific quality rubrics**. A critical part of **program management**, the role ensures **rigor, precision, and user-centric improvements** to AI model outputs by providing **structured feedback** to research teams.

## **Responsibilities**
- Evaluate **AI-generated artifacts** (documents, spreadsheets, slide decks) with meticulous attention to accuracy, aesthetics, and presentation
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or weaknesses in outputs and flag them with **clear, actionable feedback**
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine **quality standards** tailored to domain-specific needs
- Work **independently** to manage time pacing, deadlines, and evaluation workflows
- Ensure outputs align with **executive-level standards** for research and technical documentation

Requirements
Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional experience in program management or implementation planning
- Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Preferred
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution
