Responsibilities
- Establish and manage programme governance structures, forums, and operating cadence
- Define and maintain delivery frameworks, stage gates, approval processes, and escalation paths
- Build and manage Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and recovery plans across multiple workstreams
- Own and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes and reporting
- Facilitate risk workshops and ensure timely escalation of key risks and issues
- Produce weekly and monthly programme reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Provide delivery insights, trend analysis, and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, onboarding, and dependency tracking
- Govern change control processes, scope management, and audit trails
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, leadership presentations, meeting minutes, and action tracking
- Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, and programme documentation management
- Administer and maintain programme management tools and repositories
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, dependency management, and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement of programme processes, governance, and operational effectiveness

To be successful in this role you should have
- Strong PMO, Project Management, or Program Governance experience
- Experience managing programme governance controls and delivery frameworks
- Expertise in Integrated Planning, Scheduling, and Dependency Management
- Strong RAID Management and Risk Reporting experience
- Experience creating executive dashboards, status reports, and management information packs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and workforce tracking
- Knowledge of change control, scope management, and audit requirements
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ADO, Clarity, SharePoint, or Confluence
- Ability to work across multiple teams, vendors, and business functions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and governance excellence
