PMO Analyst (Aerospace)

📍 Hybrid Working

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator or PMO professional looking to develop your career within a complex engineering environment?

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support our Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) team, helping to deliver challenging technical projects through effective planning, reporting, resource coordination, and project governance support.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale engineering programmes while working alongside experienced engineering and project management professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
  • Maintaining project data and reporting within project management tools
  • Producing project status reports, dashboards, and management information
  • Assisting with resource planning and capacity management activities
  • Supporting Engineering Group Leaders with project administration and governance activities
  • Monitoring project milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Helping ensure project data accuracy and consistency across the department
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Support role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or other technical environments
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Planisware (oSmoz), or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Experience supporting technical or engineering projects
