PMO Lead – Housing Improvement Programme
📍 Hybrid | Full Time | Contract
Are you an experienced PMO professional looking to make a real impact?
We are seeking a PMO Lead to drive programme coordination across a major Housing Improvement Programme. Reporting to the Housing Improvement Programme Lead, you will oversee programme reporting, risk management, performance monitoring and governance arrangements, ensuring successful delivery across a complex portfolio of improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) function.
- Oversee governance, reporting, risk and issue management.
- Coordinate programme plans, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Provide assurance and challenge to project and workstream leads.
- Support senior leadership and Programme Board decision-making.

About You
- Experienced in PMO with strong knowledge of programme controls, reporting and risk management.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders and driving delivery in complex environments.
- PRINCE2, MSP or similar qualification desirable.
