We are Hiring: PMO Professional in Bristol! Active SC Clearance Required

Are you a project management office expert who thrives on bringing structure, efficiency, and innovation to complex delivery environments? A leading communications group is looking for a PMO Professional to join the Design & Delivery PMO team in Bristol!

In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of complex contract deliveries, reducing risk, driving disciplined governance, and helping connect for good.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Excellence: Drive end-to-end PMO services, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of project governance, reporting, and assurance.
  • Innovate & Automate: Identify process gaps and implement digital or automated solutions to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Build Trust: Maintain accurate delivery insights using PMO tools and data to provide decision-ready reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate: Partner closely with the wider PMO team to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience supporting end-to-end PMO services and delivery assurance.
  • A strong grasp of project/programme governance and the ability to apply methodologies pragmatically.
  • Expertise in leveraging PMO tools, data, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for insight-driven reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Desirable: An externally recognized qualification (e.g., P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, PMQ) and experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
