The Role
This is a strategic leadership opportunity within the Saab Seaeye team, focused on delivering new product programs while establishing Saab Seaeye as a Project and Program Management Centre of Excellence within Saab UK and across the wider Saab business.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Leadership
- Deliver assigned Saab Seaeye New Product Programs in line with cost, schedule, and quality requirements
- Ensure alignment with customer contractual obligations while meeting business case objectives
- Garner benefits realisation based on program financial justifications
Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Customers
- Project boards
- Cross-functional teams
- Report project status updates to internal/external stakeholders effectively
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Saab’s Project Delivery Processes
- Sustain risk management and financial controls through robust tooling
Team & Methodology Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional program delivery team
- Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of:
- Best-practice program/project management methodologies
- Champion a collaborative culture by fostering open communication and teamwork

Community & Strategic Alignment
- Take a leadership role within both the Saab UK and Saab Group Project Management communities
- Proactively align program goals with other Programme Managers across Saab
Business Development Support
- Contribute to exploring new business opportunities for the Saab Seaeye organisation
