Program Manager
Location: City of London & Surrounding Areas
12-month contract (with strong potential to extend)
Full time, on-site position

We're partnering with one of the world's leading technology and logistics organisations to find an experienced Program Manager to support the expansion and optimisation of a large-scale operational network across Europe.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading a portfolio of infrastructure, maintenance, and network optimisation projects.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Real Estate, and Design & Construction teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Building business cases and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Driving process improvements, standardisation, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
- Managing complex, cross-functional programmes from planning through to delivery.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong Program or Project Management experience
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
- A data-driven approach to solving complex business challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
