Location
This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the UK, France, or Germany.
About The Role
The Program Manager is a senior member of the Professional Services Delivery organization, responsible for leading large, complex, multi-workstream client engagements with significant delivery, commercial, and stakeholder complexity. The role provides end-to-end orchestration, governance, and integration across projects, workstreams, and delivery teams—bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring delivery against committed scope, timelines, and value.
The Program Manager ensures alignment across workstreams, manages cross-project dependencies, and provides program-level governance, risk management, and visibility in complex, fast-moving environments. By coordinating across teams and stakeholders, the role plays a critical part in enabling successful delivery outcomes.
As a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, the Program Manager works closely with internal teams to support the successful execution of Kinaxis’ most complex and high-impact client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead program-level coordination and execution across multiple projects, phases, and delivery teams to ensure alignment to scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including integrated plans, milestone tracking, reporting cadence, and escalation frameworks.
- Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving resolution in partnership with Delivery Managers/Directors and key client stakeholders.
- Support senior client and executive stakeholder engagement through clear, structured program reporting and communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, ensuring clarity of roles, ownership, and execution priorities.
- Monitor project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and variance identification across workstreams.
- Drive consistency in delivery practices across projects, contributing to program-level standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to (Senior) Delivery Managers on complex delivery scenarios and program coordination.
Primary Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience delivering complex software or technology programs in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with significant scale, interdependencies, and stakeholder complexity.
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management across multi-phase engagements.
- Experience supporting project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and budget oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software delivery lifecycles; supply chain domain experience is an asset.
- Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint).
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset; familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
