Program Manager โ Finance

Are you passionate about leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives, driving ERP implementations, and delivering impactful business change through technology and process optimization?
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide financial system projects and strategic transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency, governance, reporting, and business performance.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, working closely with business leaders, finance teams, technology stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of financial processes, and experience managing complex ERP implementations across global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage large-scale finance transformation initiatives across multiple business units, regions, or entities.
- Drive implementation and optimization of core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cash Management, Taxation, Intercompany Accounting, Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue Recognition, Financial Consolidation, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions, workflows, and process improvements.
- Partner with technology teams, vendors, and business leaders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs, resource plans, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Present project updates, key milestones, and performance metrics to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and scope while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Oversee data migration activities, system integrations, testing cycles, and user acceptance testing processes.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and end-user training.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize financial processes and system capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading enterprise finance transformation programs and complex system implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reporting processes, and business controls.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Deep knowledge of financial close processes, consolidation, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and multi-entity operations.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced and complex environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Experience leading ERP implementation, modernization, or upgrade projects.
- Hands-on experience with leading enterprise finance platforms and financial management solutions.
- Knowledge of financial reporting frameworks, governance practices, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
- Experience managing global deployments and multi-country transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with finance process optimization, automation, and digital transformation programs.
- Experience supporting training, adoption, and organizational change initiatives related to financial systems.
