Program Manager

Transition Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large-scale, business-critical service transition programme for a major telecommunications organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the mobilisation and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream transformation involving operational, commercial and supplier transitions. You'll be responsible for driving programme governance, stakeholder engagement and successful delivery across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring service continuity while achieving key commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex service transition programme, comprising multiple strategic workstreams
  • Establish programme governance, reporting, RAID management and executive communications
  • Manage programme mobilisation, planning and execution across internal teams and third-party suppliers
  • Coordinate transition activities between incumbent and incoming service providers
  • Ensure programme milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies are effectively managed
  • Drive collaboration across technical, operational, commercial and procurement stakeholders
  • Oversee transition planning, shadowing, knowledge transfer, cutover and hypercare activities
  • Ensure services transition with minimal operational disruption while meeting agreed business outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
