Program Manager
Sensata Technologies Program Manager – Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
Working in partnership with leading global HVOR customers, Sensata develops Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. These products support safety-critical applications across next-generation trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems.
About the Role
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. This role ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also serve as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to define:
- Project scope
- Deliverables
- Resource requirements
- Schedules
- Budgets for new initiatives
- Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and project activities
- Apply effective risk, change, and resource management practices
- Identify and resolve high-level project issues and escalations
- Evaluate program performance, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure delivery against key objectives, including:
- Customer satisfaction
- Team performance
- Drive and manage changes or interventions required to achieve project goals
- Facilitate transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding:
- Project progress
- Issues
- Decisions
- Produce accurate, timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle
- Conduct ongoing risk analysis and mitigation planning across programs

Experience & Qualifications
General Requirements
- A university degree (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
- Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organisation, including suppliers and/or external customers

Essential Criteria
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Project and/or Program Management
- Experience in leading development projects
Desirable Criteria
- Background in an Automotive or fast-paced technology development environment
- Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry
