Program Manager – Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) (Job ID: See Application Portal)
Sensata develops Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) solutions in partnership with leading global heavy vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Our products enhance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, supporting safety-critical applications across next-generation trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems.
About the Role
This role focuses on overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership across the project lifecycle: Direct multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Scope & resource definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to outline:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Resource requirements
- Schedules and budgets for new initiatives
- Budget & timeline management: Establish, track, and adjust timelines, budgets, and activities.
- Risk & change management: Apply best practices in risk management, change control, and resource allocation.
- Issue resolution: Identify and escalate high-level project issues as necessary.
- Performance evaluation: Assess program success, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Stakeholder communication:
- Deliver transparent updates on project progress, risks, and decisions.
- Facilitate discussions on program strategies, KPIs, and decision-making.
- Reporting: Produce accurate, timely reports on program status throughout the lifecycle.
- Risk analysis: Conduct continuous risk assessments and mitigation planning.

Leadership Scope
- Multi-disciplinary leadership: Lead a customer-facing Programme covering both hardware and software development.
- Business case definition: Drive the development of business cases for new opportunities, aligning with customer and company goals.
- Change management: Oversee projects focused on customer and company-wide change integration.
Essential Criteria
- Degrees or experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) required.
- Teamwork & adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with the ability to juggle competing priorities and demands.
- Professional skills:
- Strong communication (oral, written, and presentation).
- Organizational prowess (planning, time management).
- Ethical integrity and accountability.
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Collaboration: Exemplify strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Project experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in Project/Program Management.
- Proven track record in leading development projects in technical or automation-driven environments.
Desirable Criteria
- Automotive/tech background: Knowledge of automotive sensor systems or fast-paced R&D environments.
- Functional Safety & Cyber Security: Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity requirements for automotive applications.
