Section 2 – Purpose of the Role
As a DD&T Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating IT Procurement projects, ensuring the delivery of optimal technology solutions. Collaborating with a dedicated procurement team and multidisciplinary IT professionals, you’ll validate requirements, manage vendor engagement, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality criteria.

Section 4- Key Accountabilities
As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Project delivery governance
- Budget forecasting and financial management
- Maintaining and updating the delivery plan
- Managing dependencies, risks, and issues
- Engaging and managing stakeholders
- Providing insightful project reporting
Section 5 – Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Create detailed project plans, ensuring task ownership and tracking milestones
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to validate business requirements
- Lead a cross-functional team, including third-party suppliers, to ensure successful delivery
- Manage critical dependencies and risks across interconnected projects
- Oversee investment proposal accuracy and governance structures
- Report on project KPIs and regulatory commitments
- Facilitate effective communication and documentation processes
- Conduct RAID management and provide status updates to the Programme Management Board

You will work closely with:
- Procurement team
- Vendor Management resources
- Business Analysts
- Senior Stakeholders
- Project and Programme Managers
- Technical Leads and Solution Architects
Section 7 – Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in IT services procurement and contract management
- Extensive knowledge of IT delivery models and project lifecycles
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
- A track record of delivering IT projects across multiple teams
- Experience in Agile environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are essential; Agile PM or SAFe certifications are desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
