Program Manager
Agile Program Manager – Contract (Inside IR35) – London/Hybrid
About the Role A leading Financial Services institution is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to drive large-scale transformation in financial markets for an initial 6-month contract (with potential extension).
The ideal candidate will be a strategic programme leader, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver complex technology and product initiatives. You’ll shape and execute programmes that generate real business value across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities
Key tasks will include:
- Leading and delivering large-scale Agile transformation programmes
- Aligning programmes with business objectives to create measurable impact
- Sharing and driving programmes between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Implementing Agile methodologies to optimise delivery
- Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across senior leadership
- Fostering a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in financial markets, asset management, trading or financial data products
- Proven Agile Programme Management experience in driving large-scale transformations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
- Technical awareness (not mandatory but a strong plus)
