Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in executive support, outreach, or communications
- 2 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships
- Direct work experience with executive leaders to drive objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating external narratives and writing speeches
About the Role

On the Google Arts and Culture team (GAC), you’ll drive external momentum and foster strategic relationships in cultural and technological sectors, serving as a trusted partner to the vice president and senior leads. Your role ensures executive interactions are long-term, impactful, and aligned with strategic communication goals.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of external engagement strategies for GAC leadership with:
- Partners
- Cultural leaders
- Public policy executives
- Shape and prepare high-stakes briefings, speeches, and executive communications, driving strategic narratives for GAC initiatives
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, reviewing engagement requests and ensuring alignment with priorities
- Oversee partnership and program lifecycles, tracking metrics and identifying improvements
- Position GAC leadership as thought leaders in the intersection of AI and culture by capitalising on strategic opportunities
