Job Description
Keiretsu Forum is the world’s largest global angel investment community, spanning 53 chapters across four continents. Founded in San Francisco in 2000, we connect accredited angel investors, venture capitalists, and institutional partners with high-growth, early-stage founders.
We launched the London chapter in 2023 and are proud to serve the broader United Kingdom angel investment community through curated investment opportunities, investor-led insights, and exclusive community network activity. We are seeking an ambitious, high-agency Program Manager to scale our UK operations, expand our high-net-worth membership base, and accelerate our portfolio velocity. The role reports to the London Chapter leadership team and will regularly meet with the Board Chair and Vice Chair.
The Role
As Program Manager, you will own the operational engine of the London chapter. You will work closely with the leadership team, you will execute our operational strategy, optimize our internal processes, and act as the primary coordinator for monthly pitch sessions, deal flow administration, and community engagement initiatives across the United Kingdom. This is an entrepreneurial mandate for a high-agency builder who wants to operate at the intersection of venture capital, community architecture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Event Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end execution, logistics, and scheduling for all online and in-person pitch sessions, workshops, and joint-learning forums. You ensure the calendar runs flawlessly and proactively identify opportunities for partnerships to improve outcomes for members and founders.
- Ecosystem Experience & Onboarding: Act as the primary, high-touch liaison for both selected startup cohorts and new HNWI members—guiding founders through the presentation lifecycle and ensuring a premium onboarding experience.
- Deal Flow & Network Administration: Manage the operational backend of the investment pipeline, including screening tracking, coordinating member-led due diligence.
- Process Architecture & Automation: Continuously analyse program frameworks to identify bottlenecks. You will leverage AI-native tools and automation to optimize workflows, scale the chapter's capacity, and keep operations hyper-lean.
- Membership Pipeline Management: Administer and support the growth of the accredited investor network by managing inbound inquiries, coordinating onboarding workflows, and keeping membership CRM systems highly optimized.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- UK Ecosystem Literacy & Presence: A strong baseline understanding of the UK startup and investor landscape. You have the confidence and emotional intelligence to communicate professionally with sophisticated HNWIs, institutional investors, and founders.
- Strong Attention to Detail: A self-starter with high energy, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
