About the Role

The Program Manager (m/f/d) provides centralized expertise, governance, and support for the organization’s programs to support the execution of our group enablement strategies. This role ensures alignment across multiple interrelated projects, promotes best practices, and delivers consolidated reporting to leadership. This individual will oversee all aspects of the programs from initial planning and strategy to execution and post-implementation support. The Program Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, Internal teams, and external partners to ensure that the programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver the expected business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the program roadmap, plans, and schedules; ensure initiatives deliver the intended benefits and align with organizational objectives
  • Act as the central governance point to enforce methodology, budgets, timelines, and quality standards; identify and mitigate cross-project dependencies and risks
  • Coordinate with executive sponsors and business stakeholders; integrate change activities (communications, training, adoption tracking) and measure benefits realization
  • Forecast, track, and report program financials; plan and allocate resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts to raise program competency and consistency
  • Consolidate program status, KPIs, and financials for leadership; drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with proven experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs with a strong focus on business processes and change management
  • 3+ years of experience in a people-leader or coaching role (no direct reports), with demonstrable ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and program budgets/forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; strong systems thinking and organizational capability
  • Fluent English required
