Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 background to lead and govern the full portfolio of Dynamics projects across the UK & Ireland (UK&I) region. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for driving program-level delivery, managing multiple concurrent D365 engagements, and acting as the primary point of escalation and trust between the delivery organization and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep functional/technical grounding in Dynamics 365 with mature program management skills — governance, risk management, commercial awareness, and stakeholder leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
- Own end-to-end program governance across all active D365 projects within the UK&I region (D365 CE/CRM, F&O, Business Central, Power Platform as applicable).
- Establish and run program governance forums — steering committees, delivery reviews, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) boards — across all engagements.
- Drive projects to closure by tracking milestones, resolving blockers, and ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery.
- Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio health (RAG status, financials, resourcing, risks) and report to senior leadership.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary senior escalation point for client stakeholders across UK&I engagements.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with client sponsors, business leads, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead steering committee meetings, executive updates, and business reviews.
- Manage client expectations proactively, translating business priorities into delivery plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
