The Role
The Program Manager, Product Marketing leads the strategic global go-to-market efforts for Promethean’s diverse portfolio of hardware and software solutions across the Education, Higher Education (HED), and Workplace sectors and Public Sector markets, including federal, state, and local government. This Sr. Product Marketer draws on market and user research to craft differentiated messaging that clearly articulate the value of Promethean solutions for the customer and evangelizes those stories to relevant internal and external audiences, including sales, marketing, channel, and buyers across multiple product categories and geographies. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager partners with Product Management to develop the GTM strategy and supporting initiatives for products across the portfolio, Marketing to execute on initiatives that support the strategy, and Sales Enablement to ready the field. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B technology marketing, strong storytelling and positioning skills, and a proven ability to manage complex product portfolios in a matrixed, global organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Promethean solutions as well as targeted buying and user personas, market dynamics
- Lead product launches and lifecycle marketing across global markets, coordinating with product management, sales, and regional marketing teams
- Craft differentiated positioning, messaging, and product narratives that translate the product functionality and benefits into what matters and breaks through target audience ecosystem
- Build compelling and impactful customer-ready content, collateral, and sales tools as part of an evergreen core content BOM
- Work cross-functionally to create compelling and engaging storytelling product demos, videos, webinars, and other interactive digital content that articulate the value and capabilities of Promethean’s solutions
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, channel partners, and other GTM teams to drive innovative awareness and demand campaigns
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop tailored strategies that resonate with local audiences while adhering to a cohesive global vision
- Lead competitive analysis to uncover feature differentiators, pricing models, and market gaps. Translate these insights into actionable messages that decisively position our solution against key competitors.
- Manage assigned products throughout their complete life cycle, from launch to maturity and end-of-life transitions
- Partner closely with product management and sales to develop differentiated value propositions, pricing, and packaging
- Represent
- Identify, prioritize, and conduct competitive and market research using qualitative, quantitative, and voice-of-customer to impact product and GTM strategy
- Ability to use performance metrics, customer feedback, and market data to optimize messaging and enablement
- Skilled in translating technical features into compelling customer and partner narratives
- Initiate internal readiness so that internal stakeholders can support Promethean’s global sales and partner channel through enablement that builds confidence and competency
- Perform other duties as assigned or opportunity arises

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, and sales and partner enablement
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of strong cross-organizational collaboration and partnership
- Proven success managing global product portfolios across hardware and software in K-12, HED and workplace sectors
- Experience managing technology partner programs or business development
- Demonstrated messaging, positioning, and storytelling chops, with experience crafting compelling marketing content and launching/growing innovative products and services
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical orientation, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Competitive analysis & positioning
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Motivated, driven and self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global and collaborative setting that requires you to take initiative, manage time effectively, persuade others to get buy-in from other teams
- Requires some domestic and international travel, up to 10-20% of the time

Compensation
Base Range: £ 57,500 - £ 78,980 + Bonus Eligible
