Manages a global portfolio of large-scale multi-faceted projects that both add value and create competitive advantage for our clients’ business, whilst driving additional revenue streams into the Damco organisation. Leads a team for innovation and rapid response to clients’ needs based on a deep awareness of their business from both a tactical and strategic perspective. Manages the network of Global Program Managers assigned to our Global Key Accounts and creates the framework around Cost Optimisation, Operational Excellence, Customer Service and Innovation.
