What You’ll Do
- Drive timelines, documentation, and follow-ups for specific workstreams and projects.
- Support end-to-end program delivery by ensuring key tasks are tracked and stakeholders are aligned.
- Conduct research and light data analysis to inform recommendations or surface risks.
- Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and presentation materials for internal use.
- Identify ways to simplify how teams work together and contribute to improvements in workflows and execute them.
- Proactively collaborate with the team, stepping in to move work forward or fill gaps as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in operations, project management, consulting, or business planning roles.
- Highly detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple priorities across stakeholders.
- Able to think critically and creatively to break down problems and recommend solutions.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone and format based on audience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and be motivated by changing circumstances, consistently acting as a self-starter.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Accountability for results, with a proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business targets.
