We are looking for a Program Planner who is organized, proactive, and detail-focused to join us in our Project and Program Management team, based in our Slough office in the UK.
About the role
You will support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of activities. Working closely with project leaders, you will help maintain accurate schedules, budgets, and resource plans, enabling informed decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while developing planning and coordination capabilities in a collaborative and international environment.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners with project and program leaders across multiple functions. The team supports a variety of initiatives with different levels of complexity and scope. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and locations, contributing to an environment where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are encouraged.
What you’ll do
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and collect planning data from stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules.
- Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and highlight risks or deviations.
- Support financial tracking and resource planning in collaboration with finance and project teams.
- Contribute to project reporting and documentation to support effective decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement by sharing best practices and supporting project management initiatives.

Interested?
For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Initial experience in project coordination or project support roles.
- Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with planning tools and data.
- Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Internal applicants should be in their current job for at least 12 months, must meet performance standards and are not on formal corrective/disciplinary process (PIP), warning, final warning, or compliance warning letters within the last 12 months.
