The Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Programmatic Account Manager to join the Commercial team. You'll assist in managing day-to-day programmatic operations, supporting demand partner relationships, analysing PMP/PG campaigns performance, and help to implement optimisations across our ad tech stack.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Setup and Support: Assist with the integration and maintenance of relationships with programmatic partners including SSPs and DSPs. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (CPMs, fill rates, revenue) across platforms and generate regular performance reports highlighting notable changes in performance by partner, platform and/or markets Deal Setup: Help set up and troubleshoot PMP and PG deals in platforms like Google Ad Manager (GAM) and other SSP platforms. Ad Tech support: Work with the Ad Ops team on trafficking, tag testing, and QA for new programmatic placements and monetisation partners Documentation: Create and maintain internal documentation and best practice guides related to programmatic integrations and yield tactics Cross-Team Collaboration: Support senior team members in liaising with Product and Direct Sales to implement new initiatives
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Experience in programmatic advertising, media buying/selling, publisher side or adtech Experience with ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, SSP dashboards (e.g. Magnite, Index, Amazon), and/or header bidding Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience using data tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio would be beneficial but not essential Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of programmatic media and yield optimisation Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communication skills and an interest in the digital media or sports industry Understanding of programmatic performance metrics such as CPM, fill rate, eCPM, and demand paths Understanding of Open Bidding, Prebid, or ads.txt A personal passion for sports or experience working with sports and/or gaming would be beneficial but not essential
