Overview

We are hiring a Programmatic Account Manager to help shape high‑impact digital campaigns for some of our most exciting clients. This role sits at the heart of our programmatic practice, where data, technology and thoughtful execution come together to deliver meaningful results. You’ll partner closely with directors, planners and clients, taking ownership of campaign delivery while helping evolve programmatic strategy. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with strong relationships and practical execution, this is a role where your work will be seen and valued.

Responsibilities

Owning the day‑to‑day delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency throughout. Supporting the Programmatic Director to deliver outstanding work and exceed client expectations. Building clear, commercially sound media plans and communicating recommendations with confidence. Managing campaign activation and performance across leading DSPs, sharing insight‑led analysis and learnings. Working collaboratively with planners, finance and wider agency teams to manage budgets, POs and processes. Developing trusted client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery. Identifying opportunities to improve strategies, workflows and campaign outcomes across accounts.

Qualifications

Experience delivering programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem. Confidence working with ad servers and digital platforms, paired with strong attention to detail. A clear, thoughtful communicator who can explain performance and recommendations in plain language. An organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively. Curiosity about emerging programmatic solutions and how they can add client value. A collaborative mindset, enjoying both independent ownership and teamwork. A commitment to high standards, continuous learning and positive ways of working.
