THE ROLE
The role of the Programmatic Client Executive is to support the wider Programmatic team, taking responsibility for general campaign admin and assisting with the planning of Programmatic Digital OOH campaigns. The Client Executive will be a highly driven, self-motivated and organised individual who will take ownership across all elements of the campaign life cycle. They are reliable with high attention to detail when given tasks to complete. This is an entry level role in a thriving team and growing channel, perfect for anyone looking to grow and develop a career in Media.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Support and deliver on all campaign planning functions, working hand in hand with the Programmatic Team
- Assist Client Directors with day-to-day assigned agency support
- Assist Client Directors with building and maintaining agency relationships with key clients
- Proactively take part in internal and external meetings, taking notes and supporting follow ups
- Become fully proficient in Talon’s proprietary products (Atlas, Atlas Insights, Atlas Planner)
- Run regular reporting and analysis of programmatic campaigns.
- Prepare detailed post campaign analysis and share with Client Directors to deliver quarterly updates and highlight opportunities for growth.
- Ensure all Planning templates and guidelines are being used – response to brief, proposals, buying reviews/PCAs, etc.
- Build knowledge of agency clients and key stakeholders, as well as the brands represented by the agency
- Comprehensively understand the media owners, their business and products to build knowledge
- Begin building relationships with day-to-day media owner and supply side contacts.
- Attend industry events to understand the full programmatic digital OOH ecosystem
- Understand Talon philosophy, the specialist business unit’s offerings and communicate them appropriately.
- Share knowledge and best practice across the team and business.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Work to embody the Talon values and behaviours to maintain the best possible culture throughout Talon.
- Get involved in wider company initiatives including Cultural Committees (social, charity, belong & sustainability)
- Participate in projects and initiatives which drive Talon’s commitment to positive social and environmental causes. E.g., charity partnerships, volunteering, carbon offsetting etc.
