Overview

Programmatic Account Manager – Hands-on, delivery-driven role

This position is for an execution-driven professional who thrives on excellence in programmatic campaign delivery. As a critical partner to the Programmatic Director, you’ll ensure high-quality activation, operational efficiency, and unparalleled client delivery—turning data, technology, and strategy into tangible business results.

Based in Performics, with support from Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), this role demands a client-facing mindset, strategic planning, and a knack for solving complex activation challenges.


Responsibilities

  • Campaign Delivery & Quality Assurance
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and deadlines.
    • Act as the single point of contact for execution, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimisation across multiple clients.
    • Conduct campaign audits, QC reviews, and commercial validity checks.

  • Strategic Planning & Activation

    • Collaborate with Programmatic Directors to translate strategy into commercially robust media plans.
    • Work closely with planners, finance, and agency stakeholders to manage budgets, purchase orders (POs), and timelines.
  • Performance Analytics & Insights

    • Showcase campaign performance across leading Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon.
    • Provide transparent, actionable reports tailored to different stakeholders (clients, execs, technical teams).
    • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven optimisation and inefficiency identification.
  • Client & Interdepartmental Relationships

    • Build long-term trust with clients by delivering on communication commitments and deliverables.
    • Foster collaboration with junior team members, providing mentorship while iterating on internal processes.
  • Innovation & Future-Readiness

    • Stay ahead of emerging programmatic trends, including cookieless solutions, retail media, and SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand).
    • Proactively seek operational efficiencies and technology optimisations within the programmatic ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic campaign management, including hands-on delivery across DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.
  • Proficiency in ad serving and trafficking, with extensive knowledge of CM360 (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong grasp of the full campaign lifecycle, from planning to performance reporting and optimisation.
  • Structured, detail-oriented personality with a financially astute mind (ability to correlate spend to KPIs).
  • Ability to simplify technical insights for non-specialist audiences (clients, finance, execs).
  • Leadership experience in managing or supporting junior team members, with a collaborative and mentoring approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new trends like cookie-less targeting, first-party data strategies, and retail media convergence.

Work Arrangement

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid model—primarily based in office/wide office or clients’ offices for 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work in other locations as required by client demands.
