Programmatic Manager - Client Side - London
This big brand are looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join a fast-growing in-house environment and play a key role in shaping and scaling programmatic activity.
If you’re passionate about data, performance media, and driving real impact—this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the execution and optimisation of programmatic campaigns
- Collaborating with biddable specialists across channels (incl. Paid Search)
- Building strong relationships with clients and partners across the UK
- Delivering performance insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Leading by example—supporting and mentoring team members
- Running daily diagnostics to ensure campaigns are performing flawlessly
- Acting as a programmatic expert in internal meetings, training, and discussions

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in programmatic with up-to-date platform knowledge
- Familiarity with the wider digital ecosystem, especially biddable media
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
