Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, curious, and detail-orientated Programmatic Operations Executive to support the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns across our client accounts.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in programmatic media, ad operations, and digital trading, while gradually developing into a more strategic and commercially-minded practitioner.
The role will begin with carrying out day-to-day operational tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly, including setup, QA, pacing checks, reporting, and troubleshooting. As confidence and capability grow, the Programmatic Operations Executive will contribute to optimisations, insight generation, strategic planning support, and product development initiatives that improve our programmatic offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and launch of programmatic campaigns across relevant platforms and channels, including display, online video, audio, CTV, and digital out-of-home where applicable.
- Pull weekly campaign reports for client campaigns and provide insights.
- Support the team in making basic optimisations such as bid adjustments.
- Work closely with the client service director to ensure campaigns are activated and managed in line with client objectives and media plan goals.
- Develop a growing understanding of how programmatic fits within a broader omnichannel media strategy and client business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
