Position Summary
A programmatic role based in the Samsung Ads Client Solutions Team responsible for the technical set up, management and optimisation of programmatic partners across Samsung TV Plus.
The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must also have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive working collaboratively, be adept at problem solving and be keen to learn and develop.
Role And Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Reporting to the Programmatic Campaign Lead within the Client Solutions Team, the Programmatic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing integrations with 3rd party demand partners to drive incremental monetisation for Samsung TV Plus. Additionally, this role will feed into how we optimise our inventory, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management
- Collaborate with 3rd party SSPs and partners to ensure a steady flow of incremental demand for Samsung TV Plus
- Conduct regular check-ins with key partners to strengthen relationships and address any concerns
- Monitor key partner metrics and work on optimising their performance where needed
- Assist with integration and on boarding of new SSP partners
Performance Analysis
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings with key demand partners.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews for key partners. Include insights, performance trends and future strategies.
- Define measurement and KPIs for success and able to clearly articulate the strength and areas of development for these partners
Revenue & Yield Optimisation
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
- Implement strategies to optimise yield without compromising our direct sales efforts.
- Conduct regular reviews of pricing and inventory to ensure competitiveness.

Cross-functional collaboration
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance, to align programmatic initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to understand client needs and ensure effective communication with partners.
- Maintain a repository of key partner contracts and agreements.
- Regularly update documentation related to partnership terms and conditions.
Industry Monitoring
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Share relevant insights with the team and incorporate best practices into our strategies.
What We Need For This Role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Outstanding multi-tasking and teamwork capabilities.
- Min 4+ years previous experience in programmatic advertising.
- Experience in a programmatic video advertising ecosystem is a necessity and core requirement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successful partnership management and revenue optimization.
- Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient. Thrives in a team environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
