Programmatic Sales Director

Location: London (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a leading international digital media business to recruit a Programmatic Sales Director.

This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving new programmatic advertising revenue across premium digital media inventory. You'll have the opportunity to shape growth, develop strategic partnerships, and work with a highly engaged global audience.

The Role

Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and agency programmatic buying teams in the UK and Europe.

This is a pure sales role (not ad operations!), and is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and win new programmatic advertising business across agencies, DSPs, and brands.
  • Build and nurture long-term commercial relationships to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using Salesforce.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-led presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence commercial strategy and product development.
  • Consistently exceed sales and revenue objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
