Programmatic Sales Lead - (Media Owner)

Programmatic Sales Lead London | Hybrid

A rare opportunity to take ownership of programmatic revenue for one of the UK's fastest-growing media owners.

Having established itself as a leader within its specialist sector, the business is experiencing exceptional growth and has recently strengthened its leadership team with several key senior appointments. With significant momentum behind them, they're now looking for a Programmatic Sales Lead to own and accelerate their programmatic offering.

This is a sales role through and through.

We're not looking for someone to manage campaigns or sit behind a trading desk. We're looking for a commercially driven programmatic specialist who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities and generating revenue.

You'll become the central figure for programmatic across the business, owning agency relationships, developing strategic partnerships with DSPs and SSPs, and driving growth both externally and internally.

What makes this different?

  • Genuine ownership of the programmatic function
  • Access to all major agency groups, independents and specialists
  • The opportunity to shape commercial strategy and influence product development
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership
  • A business that is growing rapidly and investing heavily in its future
  • A collaborative, high-performing team with a fantastic culture
  • The chance to become the recognised programmatic expert within the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
