Salt are partnered with a leading independent media and advertising business, and they are looking for a DV360 / Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join on an initial contract basis.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Day Rate: £250-275 per day
Duration: Initial 3-4 month contract
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
This is a hands-on programmatic advertising position focused on delivering high-performing campaigns across YouTube, Connected TV (CTV), and digital display through DV360. Working across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands, you will take ownership of campaign delivery from planning through to optimisation and reporting. The role requires someone who is confident operating independently within DV360 and able to manage campaign performance across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Build, launch and manage programmatic campaigns within DV360
- Create and develop audience strategies to support campaign objectives
- Set up and structure campaigns across YouTube, display and CTV environments
- Monitor performance, optimise bidding strategies and manage budget allocation
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable performance insights
- Produce regular reporting and communicate results to internal stakeholders
- Support multiple client accounts across consumer-focused sectors

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience using DV360 across YouTube, display and CTV inventory
- Proven expertise in audience creation, campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
- Confident managing campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding of programmatic buying best practices and performance drivers
- Experience working across multiple client accounts in an agency or consultancy environment
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
