We’re looking for a Programme Achievement Manager to join our team and play a key role in improving student retention, achievement, and success rates. You’ll support learners—especially those at risk—by working closely with teachers, department heads, and support teams to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide early and ongoing support to learners, particularly in their first six weeks and throughout their studies
- Monitor progress and work intensively with students to help them meet their goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention in collaboration with teaching and support staff
- Maintain accurate records, learning plans, and progress updates using Promonitor and other systems
- Support students after disciplinary action to help them re-engage with their studies
- Deliver training to staff as part of their professional development
- Meet attendance and retention targets set by senior leadership
- Line manage a team of support staff
