Role Overview

The School of Design and Creative Arts is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Programmes Administrator to join our experienced Postgraduate Research Administration Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the administration team and academic colleagues, and will be involved in all aspects of degree administration for Research Postgraduate programmes.

This exciting and varied role will involve providing advice and guidance to prospective applicants and current students from initial enquiry to graduation. In addition to possessing excellent IT, administrative, and communication skills, applicants should have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of dealing with people in a variety of complex situations.

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Excellent IT, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of dealing with people in a variety of complex situations.
  • Strong team player, excellent communicator, adaptable, and have a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Education to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
