Programme Administrator (Temporary, Full-Time)
Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading public research universities to recruit a Programme Administrator for a temporary, full-time role (35 hours per week). This position supports the team during a particularly busy period, with the role running from an immediate start date until December 2026, subject to confirmation closer to the time.
Location: This position is onsite in Holborn, with no option for hybrid working throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Administration: Provide high-level support to Programme Managers in managing the day-to-day operations of departmental programmes.
- Course & Faculty Support: Prepare course materials and maintain/upgrade Moodle pages.
- Examinations & Assessments: Assist in the administration of departmental examinations in line with university policies.
- Service Delivery: Offer general administrative support, manage departmental resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries.

Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative support role is essential. A background in course or programme administration would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Exceptional powerful organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise varied workloads under pressure while maintaining flexibility.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
