About the Role
The School of Health & Society at University of Salford is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Programme Assistant to join their professional services team.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional teamwork, interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. This role provides a key opportunity to support programme delivery, enhance operations, and serve as a crucial point of contact for students, staff, and school visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service in the School Office to visitors, ensuring a supportive and exceptional experience for students and staff.
- Assist academic staff with programme/module guidance, aligning activities with university processes and professional standards.
- Offer administrative and programme support for partnerships, enterprise initiatives, and school development activities.
- Coordinate school induction activities, collaborating with academic staff, support teams, and university departments (e.g., Student Administration and Student Experience & Support).
