Job Description
You will join Amaris Consulting within our financial services and insurance scope, supporting a strategic transformation programme for one of our key clients in the insurance sector. As a Programme Assurance Consultant, the role will contribute to the governance, oversight, and structured delivery of delegated authority transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled bordereaux processing, process redesign, and cross-functional change activities.
Your Missions
- Provide independent assurance across delegated authority transformation workstreams, including AI-enabled bordereaux processing and process redesign initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain programme governance frameworks, including risk registers, milestone tracking, reporting routines, and escalation processes.
- Challenge and validate solution design decisions, particularly regarding AI, automation adoption, process efficiency, and operational scalability.
- Prepare programme reporting materials and steering committee documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Identify interdependencies, delivery risks, and governance gaps across multiple workstreams.
- Recommend mitigating actions to support structured delivery and confident programme-level decision-making.
- Support change management activities across business, technology, compliance, and operational teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programme assurance practices, governance standards, and decision-making processes.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in programme assurance, PMO leadership, transformation governance, or strategic programme oversight within financial services or insurance.
- Experience working on complex transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Lloyd’s market operations, delegated authority processes, bordereaux processing, or insurance operating models.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvement, intelligent automation concepts, document processing, and governance around technology adoption.
- Knowledge of programme governance tools and methods, including risk registers, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, escalation processes, and steering committee reporting.
- Academic background in business, finance, insurance, technology, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- English fluent.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to senior audiences.
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, and ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with business, technology, compliance, and operational teams.

Our Recruitment Process
Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
