Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to join our Water Recycling Networks Alliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with planning, operational, drainage, utilities, or contractor management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating our Risk Identified Sewer Cleaning (RISC) programme, proactive jetting, and CCTV activities. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and alliance partners to ensure critical maintenance programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to customers and communities.

If you're passionate about operational excellence, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and protecting the environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As Programme Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of planned network maintenance activities by:

Programme Delivery & Performance

  • Coordinating proactive sewer cleaning, jetting, and CCTV programmes to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring programme performance and KPIs, identifying trends and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Managing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • Reviewing asset data and infrastructure history to identify opportunities to improve network performance and customer service.
  • Supporting the identification and escalation of operational and structural asset defects.
  • Ensuring accurate asset records are maintained and network information is updated where required.
  • Managing contractor performance, quality standards, and compliance across your assigned operational area.
  • Tracking actions, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution and programme delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
