About The Role

Egrove Park, Kennington and Park End Street, Oxford

Grade 5: £32,108 - £37,338 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per annum

Fixed-term (to 31 August 2027 with possible extension), full time (36.5 hours per week)

Saïd Business School is seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Programme Coordinator to join the team delivering the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme.

This nationally recognised initiative supports high-growth small business leaders to develop the skills, confidence and networks they need to grow their businesses. As Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of a dynamic programme that combines residentials, online learning and in-person events.

Working closely with the Associate Director, Programme Manager and Curriculum & VLP Manager, you will coordinate the operational delivery of all aspects of the programme, ensuring activities run smoothly from planning through to completion. You'll coordinate programme logistics, support participants, faculty and guest speakers, manage operational systems and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing programme schedules, operational plans, trackers and documentation.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for participant enquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Organising venues, accommodation, catering, travel and event logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate information across systems including Salesforce, Canvas, Wrike and Microsoft 365.
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintaining financial records.

You will be an organised and proactive professional with experience coordinating programmes, events or operational activities involving multiple stakeholders. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. A strong communicator, you'll be committed to delivering outstanding customer service and building effective relationships across diverse teams.
