Programme Coordinator Position
Location & Contract
- Location: Hybrid (typically 3 days in the office) in central Manchester, with occasional travel
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
- Closing date: 10am, Monday 13th July 2026

About The Role: Programme Coordinator
In this key role, you will support the delivery of our client’s place-based programmes across England and Wales, working closely with the Programme Director, Programme Leads, and external partners to ensure projects are well-organised, inclusive, and impactful.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating programme activities, events, and communications.
- Maintaining project records and resources.
- Providing administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.
- Supporting reporting and evaluation activities.
- Managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements: About You
Essential Qualities & Experience
You will bring:
- Relevant experience supporting projects or programmes, preferably within a charity, public sector, or social impact environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities effectively while working collaboratively with others.
- Independence and self-motivation to take ownership of your workload.
