A community training and coordination role delivering The Mason Foundation’s programmes across the South East.

At a Glance

  • Role: Programme Delivery and Support Coordinator (South East)
  • Hours: Part time, 30 hours a week (4 days) – hours can be discussed
  • Salary: £26,500 to £28,000 a year (full-time). At 30 hours/week, equivalent to £21,200 to £22,400 a year
  • Location: Home-based, with regular in-person travel across the South East (Kent, Sussex, London, and surrounding areas
  • Contract: One-year fixed term, with potential extension based on funding
  • Reports to: Head of Delivery

About Us

The Mason Foundation is a national charity supporting neurodivergent young people and communities to thrive. Neurodivergent means people whose brains work differently, such as autistic people or those with ADHD. Our key programmes include:

  • Propel – Employment support for neurodivergent young people aged 14–25.
  • Community Mile – Locally led physical activity, run by trained Champions.
  • Wider community programmes across England and Scotland.

You’ll be the public face of our work in the South East.

  • Lead training and sessions in schools, colleges, community spaces, and workplaces.
  • Support organisations to implement what they’ve learned.
  • Build relationships with schools, employers, and community groups.
  • Champion neuroinclusion, helping everyday environments better suit neurodivergent needs.
  • Travel regularly across the South East to provide in-person delivery.

What You Need

Essential

✔ Genuine commitment to neurodivergent young people and communities. ✔ Experience in one or more of these areas:

  • SEND (special educational needs and disabilities)
  • Employability or neurodivergent youth support
  • Community development
  • Physical activity ✔ Confidence delivering engaging training across diverse groups. ✔ Ability to work across education, community, and employer settings. ✔ Willingness to travel regularly across the South East. Preferences: Most coordinators use their own car, so a driving licence and vehicle access are helpful. Non-drivers can discuss travel arrangements.

Nice to Have

👉 Experience across multiple areas (e.g., training + community work). 👉 Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
