Help Us Deliver Work That Changes Lives
At International Wellbeing Insights and The Stress Management Society, we believe healthier people create healthier organisations and healthier organisations create a healthier world.
For more than 23 years we have been helping organisations improve mental health, wellbeing, resilience, leadership and workplace culture.
Today we work with some of the world's most recognised organisations, including global brands, public sector organisations, charities and growing businesses. Our programmes support hundreds of employees across multiple countries.
We are a global workplace wellbeing consultancy working with some of the world's largest organisations — including Mars, Adecco and others — to build genuine cultural capability around mental health, psychological safety and leadership resilience. We operate across more than 100 countries and are now entering a significant growth phase, having recently signed a global Master Services Agreement with Mars and expanded our delivery across UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
We are a small, mission-driven team in restart-up mode — mature client relationships and contracts, startup energy and culture. We are building our first proper leadership infrastructure and this role is central to that.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As demand for our work continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Programme Delivery Manager to help lead the next stage of our journey.
The Opportunity
This is a delivery leadership position, not a project coordinator role. You will be responsible for ensuring every client programme IWI runs is delivered to an exceptional standard — consistently, professionally and proactively — regardless of geography, facilitator or programme type.
You will inherit a portfolio of approximately 15–20 simultaneous live projects, a network of associate facilitators and freelance trainers, and a founder who needs to step back from day-to-day delivery. Your job is to make that happen.
We are looking for someone who can become the operational owner of client delivery across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Founder, Head of Growth and freelance associates to ensure projects run smoothly, clients feel supported and commitments are consistently delivered to a high standard. You will help create greater accountability, visibility and ownership across delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, leading projects, building relationships and helping teams perform at their best.
For the right person, there is genuine opportunity to develop into a future Head of Delivery or Director of Client Delivery role as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Manage the delivery of multiple client programmes simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout programme delivery
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Monitor programme progress and proactively identify risks
Project & Programme Management

- Maintain project plans, trackers and reporting
- Ensure actions are completed and deadlines are met
- Improve delivery systems and processes

Team Coordination
- Coordinate internal delivery meetings
- Support and challenge colleagues to deliver on commitments
- Work closely with freelance trainers and facilitators
- Help create a culture of ownership, accountability and collaboration
- Ensure everyone knows what needs to happen and by when
Client Experience
- Ensure clients receive an exceptional experience
- Anticipate issues before they become problems
- Support programme reviews and feedback processes
- Help identify opportunities for additional support and growth
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency
- Support the implementation of systems, automation and AI tools
- Help strengthen reporting, visibility and operational rhythm
- Contribute ideas that improve the client and team experience
