We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to direct transformation of our core ERP landscape, driving the successful replacement of SAP, delivering strategic business change, operational excellence, and long-term organisational value. You will provide executive management across technology and business workstreams.

Join the Close Brothers Enterprise Change team where you will drive, define, plan, execute, and deliver a major enterprise-wide transformation on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Working as part of the Change team to successfully deliver Strategic Change Business, Customer and Colleague outcomes, our ideal team member will have previous experience in managing a programme's budget with excellent relationship building skills.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, third parties and delivery teams with a high degree of integration and dependency management to deliver successful change outcomes. Throughout the lifecycle of each programme, you will track the programme status and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks.

A Programme Director is a practitioner of the Project Management and Business Change Practice and contributes to the continuous improvement of the Skills and Capabilities of the function.

• Build and develop and manage high performing delivery teams, valuing and inspiring colleagues. Have lead cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate end to end delivery of business outcomes
• Deliver change outcomes working on a large-scale complex programme. Enterprise wide business and technical change deliveries with a proven track record of SAP replacement and associated finance, reporting and integration platforms.
• Have experience of enterprise wide transformation, improving efficiency and organisational change
• Manage a Programme’s budget on behalf of the Director of Enterprise Change, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits.
• Master in project management lifecycles, techniques, hybrid working collaborating and driving delivery across both face to face and virtual relationships and have the ability to tailor delivery styles aligning to the appropriate methodology for the programme/project
• Have experience directing a number of significant business and/or technical programme deliveries in financial services or other similar regulated environment.
• Anticipate, Identify, manage and monitor key programme risks making sure appropriate checks and balances are used.
• Worked with third party systems, integrators and providers.
• Have a customer centric approach to problem solving whilst maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics and benefits realisation.
• Have Project Management (PRINCE 2 or Other) Qualifications
• Have experience of both traditional and agile methods.
