Purpose of Role:
Join Weir’s transformational S4+ programme and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global technology landscape. As S4+ Integration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across SAP S/4HANA, enterprise platforms, and critical business systems, enabling harmonised global processes and sustainable long-term solutions. This is an opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions, work with leading global partners, and drive the integration standards that will support Weir’s future operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Strategy & Design Assurance: Lead integration governance across the S4+ programme, ensuring solutions align with agreed architecture, Clean Core principles, security standards, and Weir’s future operating model.
- End-to-End Integration Delivery: Coordinate the design, build, testing, cutover, and transition of integrations across SAP, non-SAP platforms, internal teams, systems integrators, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Leadership: Challenge and influence suppliers and delivery partners to deliver sustainable, supportable, and business-focused integration solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and governance oversight.
- Testing, Cutover & Operational Readiness: Oversee integration testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual support, ensuring integrations meet both technical and business requirements.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Proven experience leading integration architecture, integration design assurance, or integration delivery within large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SAP S/4HANA, Clean Core principles, APIs, middleware technologies, and complex SAP/non-SAP ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple delivery partners, suppliers, and stakeholders across global programmes and complex technology landscapes.
- Experience delivering integrations through full project lifecycles, including design, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, with strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Travel Requirement:
Global travel may be required to support programme delivery and stakeholder engagement across Weir’s business regions.
